Shelli Ryan is an international keynote speaker, business strategist, and award-winning entrepreneur.
She is widely known as the go-to source in the global business service sector.
She is the CEO of Ad Hoc Communication Resources and the founder of The CX Blockchain Institute — as well as an Excellence in Finance Blockchain award recipient and a two-time Pro Progressio International Business Tiger award winner.
At Ad Hoc, she leads global teams who develop and optimize marketing campaigns and their results, while her work at the Institute focuses on improving CX operations via blockchain implementations and leveraging its trademark CX Blockchain certification program to distinguish participants.
In her 37-year career, Shelli’s done it all and then some—delivering hundreds of technology marketing campaigns, building a profitable business, expanding the client base from regional to international, and leading a stellar team of senior consultants—and she does it with tremendous focus and gusto. At any given time, you can find her articulating a new company vision, finding solutions and seizing opportunities for clients, or combining problem-solving savvy with deep technical knowledge and strong execution.
She brings the same drive and passion to her volunteering, where she’s played a leadership role in fighting poverty by helping low-income adults with barriers to employment achieve financial self-sufficiency. She is the former Chairman of the Board of Dress for Success Southern Nevada, where she supervised and controlled the organization. Dress for Success promotes the economic independence of disadvantaged women by providing professional attire, career programs, and a network of support. In the Bay Area, Shelli is also the past Chairman of the Board for The Stride Center. Stride is one of the East Bay’s most effective workforce development organizations, training and placing the disadvantaged in vibrant, well paying, upwardly mobile careers in the technology field.
A frequent author and speaker on business-to-business marketing, workforce development, and talent management, Shelli earned her Master’s Degree from the University of Oklahoma, is a graduate of The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth WBENC Executive program, and is a Fellow of the Public Relations Society of America (PRSA).
